Nokia Lumia – Nokia Win 7.5 Powered Smart Phone

Nokia introduces two new phones in their Smartphone Series Nokia Lumia 710 and Nokia Lumia 800. Both of these phones are powered by Windows Mobile 7.5 (Mango).

In Feb 2011 Nokia CEO Stephen Elop and CEO of Microsoft Steve Ballmer announced their strategic partnership for the development of next generation smartphones powered by Windows Mobile operating System. Nokia used to be the undisputed market leader of Smartphones with a range of Symbian powered N Series and E Series handsets. With the launch of iOS (apple’s mobile operating system) and Android (mobile operating system by Google) Mobile application developer experienced new, real and enhance ecosystems to build their applications for, and since then Nokia started losing Smartphones Market share.

Nokia Lumia series is more like Nokia’s re-entry in Smartphones. Windows Mobile 7.5 (Mango) has already got some very positive feedback for its ease of use, social integration and hardware acceleration for mobile internet, Now let’s see what Nokia brought to the table with Lumia.
